  • Proper care for your handbag: This Carlota handbag is made with high-quality materials, and therefore should be treated with care, protecting it against the elements. Due to the delicate nature of the materials, daily use can cause scratches and scuff marks on the surface, so we recommend you treat it gently. The leather in our handbags is submitted to an important natural dye process, and the suede lining is pigmented with natural anilines, so we recommend that you be careful with any light-color items that might come into contact with it. On textile surfaces, carefully clean the soiled areas using water and soft detergents. To keep your leather products in optimum shape, clean with a soft dry cloth, or, if necessary, have them professionally cleaned.

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Please note this does NOT apply to made-to-order items and pre-orders). Once shipped you will receive another notification with tracking details; please allow 24 hours for the tracking to reflect transit details. 

Note that special holidays result in high volume of packages and subsequent delays may occur.

We understand that things don't always go according to plan, and when they don't, we're here to help. We stand behind the products we offer, and if something doesn’t work out, we’re committed to making it right! Our goal is to ensure you have the best experience possible.

Order Cancellations: 
Please note, we are unable to accept order cancellations beyond 24 hours from the time of purchase.

Exchanges & Returns: 
If your order didn’t meet your expectations, we’re happy to assist with an exchange or return within 30 days of delivery. You can choose one of the following options for your return:

  1. Exchange
  2. Store Credit
  3. Refund

Important Information:

  • Exchanges and returns are available only for orders placed within the United States.
  • The return or exchange request must be made within 30 days of delivery, and we will honor the date of your initial contact. So, no need to worry if you don't hear from us right away within that time frame.
  • A restock and processing fee of $10 will be deducted from the refund or store credit amount.

Exclusions:
The following items are NOT eligible for exchange or return:

  • Clearance or archive sale items

To qualify for an exchange or return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
  2. Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us within 3 days if the item is damaged, defective, or if there is an error with your order.
