Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a notification with tracking details. Kindly allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update and reflect transit activity.
During peak holiday periods, please anticipate potential delays due to high shipping volumes. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.

Navidium Package Protection
You never know what life will throw at you, so just in case, we have optional package protection that is automatically added to your cart. This means you can rest easy knowing your order is insured while you wait to get your hands on it. Opting in for package protection means your order will be protected from damage, loss, or theft. However, you can opt out of package protection and remove it at checkout.
- A package is deemed lost when carrier status states "delivered’", but the package has not been received by the customer. We advise that you allow up to 7 business days for U.S. domestic shipments (15-20 days for international shipments, including Canada).
- Shipments that state 'delivered' by the carrier but were delivered to the incorrect address.
- Shipments that have been determined lost by the carrier.
