  • Care: 14K Solid gold is durable precious metal that may require cleaning every so often. In order to revive gold to its original luster, use a soft cloth and an organic cleaning solution, rinse thoroughly with warm water and then air dry. A jewelry polishing cloth will keep your pieces looking like new. Please note, abrasive chemicals will affect your jewelry and should be avoided.

Due to the nature that Maria Consuelo Design pieces are made to order, all sales are final. Returns, exchanges, and refunds will not be accepted. 

In the unlikely event that your merchandise is damaged upon receipt, please email us within 7 business days with a photo of your unworn piece and a brief description.

Shipping Policy

Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for your piece to be produced and shipped.

It is possible for your orders to ship before the allotted window. Orders are shipped as they are complete. You will be notified via email when your item ships.

We process all orders within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email is sent. Please note that this timeline does not apply to made-to-order items or pre-orders, which have their own production schedules.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a notification with tracking details. Kindly allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update and reflect transit activity.
