WHAT TO EXPECT

We understand that ordering such a crucial component of your special day online can be nerve-wracking. However, rest assured, we'll be with you every step of the way. Once you've placed your order, here's what you can expect next:


  1. Place your order for a dress without needing to specify a size. This design is available in sizes XS-4XL.
  2. Our team will email you within 3 business days after you place your order with a detailed measurement form to complete. This form helps the Nayibi design team gather precise sizing information. If extensive custom work is needed, additional fees will apply, determined at the designer's discretion.
  3. Once we receive your measurements, we'll submit them to the Nayibi team, and production will begin.
  4. Once your item is complete, we'll ship it promptly, and you will receive automatic email notifications with tracking details to keep you informed every step of the way.
  5. Upon receiving your order, you'll have 24 hours to carefully inspect your garment: zippers, embellishments, and other details, as well as try on the dress. If you find a defect during this period, we'll promptly repair it at no additional cost. At Nayibi Mexico, we thoroughly inspect each dress before shipment to help prevent this. To follow our policy, please report any defects within 24 hours of delivery.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a custom-made dress and is FINAL SALE. We will help with any questions about sizing and measurements; however, we cannot make adjustments once you submit your final measurements to produce your dress.

Her journey into fashion began with her studies at the Universidad del Valle de México, Zapopan Campus, where she honed her fashion design skills. Eager to delve deeper into her homeland's rich heritage, she furthered her education at the esteemed INNARDI Institute of Higher Studies.

Inspired by the diverse landscapes, traditions, and craftsmanship of México, Nayibi Villareal's designs reflect a seamless fusion of contemporary flair and traditional elegance. I am in awe of how beautiful this dress is! It is made so beautifully and incredible material. I wore my dress all night. I was able to make it strapless so I can dance and party at night vs around my arms for the ceramony. The embroidery is so gorgeous and well made. EVERYONE loved it. I was able to bring my culture and magic to a wedding in the middle of the forest in Wisconsin (where my husband's family is from). Best day with the best dress. 10000000/10 would recommend over and over again.

When I saw the Lily Flower Dress some time ago, I knew it was the dress I wanted to get married in. After my engagement, my now husband and I decided that we wanted to elope, which gave me very little time to find a dress. Seeing as I had always loved the Lily Dress, I threw a hail-mary to the team at Cadena to see if it was possible to get the dress in a matter of days. Alejandra reached out almost immediately to let me know they were working to see it if was a possibility or not. She moved mountains in order to get me my dream dress in time for my elopement and for that I am truly grateful! The dress itself is stunning, and I was beyond thankful not only to the Cadena team, but everyone whose hands helped create my dream dress. It is a timeless piece.
